A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, 3-7 days. They are free. If you want your designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

Q: What file format do you need if I want my design?
A: We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR, PDF, etc.

Q: How many colors are available?
