A: Usually our MOQ is 3,000 pcs. But we accept lower quantities for your trial order.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up toa  certain quantity.

Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, 3-7 days. They are free. If you want your designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

Q: What file format do you need if I want my design?
A: We have our own designer in-house, so you can provide JPG, AI, CDR, PDF, etc.

Q: How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with the Pantone Matching System.
