A: For existing samples, 3-7 days. They are free. If you want your designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my design?
A: We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc.
